Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return: To inquire about a return, please email sales@agsoffroad.com.
Defective or Damaged Items: For defective or damaged items, please send a picture along with your order number to sales@agsoffroad.com.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
